The fly ash and the iron tailing-hydrotalcite composite powder are doped into the concrete used for prefabricating the stairs, so that on the premise of ensuring the strength of the concrete, the use amount of cement can be reduced as much as possible, the pollution of iron tailings to the environment is reduced, and the green and low-carbon development requirements of fabricated buildings are met.
