Silicon carbide SDPF with ultrahigh porosity and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of ultrahigh-porosity silicon carbide SDPF. The preparation method comprises the following steps: determining formulas of silicon carbide coarse powder, silicon carbide fine powder, a pore forming agent, metal silicon powder and boride; uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; adding a binding agent and a dispersing agent, fully stirring and uniformly kneading to obtain plastic pug; carrying out extrusion molding on the plastic pug to obtain an unsintered porcelain body; drying the unsintered porcelain body; and sintering at high temperature to obtain the ultrahigh-porosity silicon carbide SDPF. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, convenient and efficient, and the prepared SDPF has good thermal expansion coefficient, porosity, compressive strength, thermal conductivity and other properties, meets the national sixth B and seventh emission requirements of light diesel engines, and is beneficial to environmental protection.
本发明提供了一种超高孔隙率碳化硅SDPF的制备方法,步骤包括:确定碳化硅粗粉、碳化硅细粉、造孔剂、金属硅粉和硼化物的配方;混合均匀制得混合料;添加粘结剂和分散剂充分搅拌捏合均匀制得塑性泥料;塑性泥料挤压成型得到未烧结瓷体;干燥处理未烧结瓷体;高温烧结制得超高孔隙率碳化硅SDPF。本发明的制备方法简便、高效,所制得SDPF具有良好的热膨胀系数、孔隙率、抗压强度和热导率等性能,满足轻型柴油机国六B及国七排放要求,有利于环保。
