Anti-settlement roadbed structure
The invention discloses an anti-settlement roadbed structure which comprises a base concrete layer, a first gravel stress layer, a waterproof layer, a second gravel stress layer, an upper concrete layer and a pavement layer. The base concrete layer is inverted-arch-shaped; arched geogrids and quicklime bags are arranged in the first gravel stress layer. A supporting unit is arranged on the second gravel stress layer in a penetrating mode and comprises a pair of wedge blocks which are oppositely arranged on the second gravel stress layer in a penetrating mode, the lower ends of the wedge blocks penetrate into the first gravel stress layer, and the opposite side walls of the wedge blocks are in a slope shape with the lower sides facing outwards. The pair of stress moving columns are contained in the second gravel stress layer, and the ends, deviating from each other, of the pair of stress moving columns correspondingly abut against the pair of wedge blocks; the middle supporting column penetrates through the second gravel stress layer, and the lower end of the middle supporting column penetrates into the first gravel stress layer. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the received uneven settlement force is obviously resisted, the uneven settlement at the road and bridge joint and the soil base junction is reduced, and the downward settlement time and distance of the roadbed are shortened.
本发明公开了一种防沉降路基结构,包括基底混凝土层、第一碎石应力层、防水层、第二碎石应力层、上混凝土层、路面层;基底混凝土层呈仰拱形;第一碎石应力层内布置拱形的土工格栅和生石灰袋;第二碎石应力层上穿设支撑单元,支撑单元包括:一对锲块,相对穿设于第二碎石应力层上,并且下端穿出至第一碎石应力层内,锲块相向的侧壁呈下侧朝外的斜面状;一对应力移动柱,容纳于第二碎石应力层内,一对应力移动柱相背离的一端对应抵接于一对锲块上;中部支柱,其穿设于第二碎石应力层上,并且下端穿出至第一碎石应力层内。本发明具有显著抵抗受到的不均匀沉降力,减小路桥连接处和土基交界处的不均匀沉降及路基向下沉降的时间和距离的有益效果。
