The continuous reinforced concrete bottom vibrating device comprises a vibration guide composite plate and a vibrating controller. A main body of the vibration guide composite plate is made of a modified asphalt composite material, a net-shaped framework is arranged in the vibration guide composite plate and comprises longitudinal components and transverse components, the transverse components extend out of the modified asphalt composite material towards the two ends in the longitudinal direction at intervals to serve as vibration guide pieces, and ultrasonic sensors are installed in the positions, close to the two sides of the modified asphalt composite material, of the vibration guide pieces. The ultrasonic sensor upwards extends out of the modified asphalt composite material; the vibration controller comprises a vibration system and a control system, the vibration system comprises a vibration exciter and a vibration arm of the vibration exciter, and the vibration arm can be connected with the extending part of the vibration guide piece. And the control system is used for receiving the information of all the ultrasonic sensors in the current vibrating area, analyzing the uniformity of the current vibrating area by utilizing ultrasonic springback, and controlling to stop vibrating when the uniformity of the current vibrating area is consistent. Vibration can be transmitted from bottom to top, and the vibration time is controlled.
