The invention discloses a soft soil foundation pit base reinforcement construction method which comprises the following steps: surveying and setting out, and excavating a groove in a foundation pit base along a set construction direction; the stirrer is in place, and the levelness and perpendicularity of a pile machine are corrected and rechecked; cement grout is prepared and pumped to a drill bit of the stirring machine, the drill bit carries out grout spraying, gas spraying and soil body cutting at the designated position in the groove, the drill bit firstly descends to the designed pile bottom elevation and then is lifted to the designed pile top elevation, a base soil layer is stirred and reinforced, and a first stirring pile reinforcing body is obtained; the drill bit of the stirrer continues to conduct construction in the groove till construction of the last stirring pile reinforcing body is completed in the groove, a continuous reinforcing body comprising a plurality of stirring pile reinforcing bodies is formed, and the adjacent stirring pile reinforcing bodies are in lap joint with one another; and the steps are repeated until reinforcing construction of the whole foundation pit base is completed, and the adjacent continuous reinforcing bodies are in lap joint with one another. The foundation reinforcement quality of the foundation pit can be effectively improved, and the construction safety of foundation pit engineering is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种软土基坑基底加固施工方法,包括以下步骤:测量放线,在基坑的基底沿着设定的施工方向开挖沟槽;搅拌机就位并校正复核其桩机水平和垂直度;制备水泥浆液,并泵送至搅拌机的钻头,钻头在沟槽中指定的位置进行喷浆、气和切割土体,并先下降至设计桩底标高,再提升至设计桩顶标高,对基底土层进行搅拌加固,得到第一个搅拌桩加固体;搅拌机的钻头在沟槽中继续施工,直至在沟槽中完成最后一个搅拌桩加固体的施工,形成包括多个搅拌桩加固体的连续加固体,相邻的搅拌桩加固体之间相互搭接;重复上述步骤,直至完成整个基坑基底的加固施工,相邻的连续加固体之间相互搭接。本发明能有效提高基坑的基底加固质量,保证基坑工程施工安全。
