The connecting support is arranged above the supporting plate and used for installing a photovoltaic support, the leveling assembly comprises a plurality of first rods, one end of each first rod is rotationally connected with the anchor body, the other end of each first rod is rotationally connected with the supporting plate, the length of at least part of the first rods is adjustable, and/or the length of each first rod is adjustable. The position of the connecting point of the first rod and the supporting plate or the anchor body is adjustable so that the levelness of the supporting plate can be adjusted. The mudflat photovoltaic support anchoring foundation provided by the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for the mudflat environment so as to improve the construction efficiency.
