Compared with a common floor slab, construction seams are reasonably reserved, construction procedures are reasonably divided during construction, the time for woodworking to erect beam side formworks and the project amount for erecting full-space supporting scaffolds are greatly shortened, transferring of turnover materials is more convenient, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction time and the project cost are saved.
本发明提出的工业厂房钢‑混凝土组合结构楼板施工方法及楼板,为提高抗震性能,更好的保持结构的整体性,采用混凝土梁‑H型钢梁‑压型钢板底模嵌入式连接,混凝土主梁尺寸均较大,H型钢次梁嵌入在混凝土主梁中,混凝土主梁侧预埋件种类繁多、层高高、跨距大,通过在混凝土主梁顶楼板底预留水平施工缝方法,在主梁混凝土浇筑完成后再铺设压型钢板底模、焊接栓钉、绑扎楼板钢筋、浇筑楼板混凝土。与一般楼板相比,施工时合理留设施工缝,划分施工工序,大大减少木工支设梁侧模板的时间和搭设满堂支撑脚手架的工程量,更便于周转性材料的倒运,提高施工效率,节省施工时间与工程成本。
