The invention discloses a method for rapidly improving the flatness and elevation of a large-area concrete terrace, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. 本发明公开了一种快速提高大面积混凝土地坪平整度及标高的方法，属于建筑施工技术领域。本发明的步骤为：用一根4m的∠30*30*3mm，加工成“梅花”型槽孔；然后将柱间距等分成几条角钢冲筋并做好标记，用卷尺根据角钢上开孔的间距在楼地面顺着红外线进行定位标记；接着打孔清孔后安装螺杆；再接着将普通螺帽先拧进螺杆上，最后角钢安装在螺杆上后将带有尾翼的螺帽拧上，再用水准仪测量角钢上端的标高进行调节到设计的高度，然后拧紧上端螺帽；待混凝土浇筑找平完后进行角钢的拆除和表面恢复工作。本发明操作简便，周转次数多，可以节约人工成本，快速安装、使用方便，精确度高，大大提升混凝土地坪平整度及标高的控制。
