The invention discloses a method for rapidly improving the flatness and elevation of a large-area concrete terrace, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The method comprises the following steps of: processing a 4m angle 30 * 30 * 3mm slot into a plum-blossom-shaped slot; equally dividing the column spacing into a plurality of angle steel screeding bars and marking, and positioning and marking on the building ground along infrared rays by using a tape according to the spacing of the holes in the angle steel; mounting a screw rod after punching and cleaning the hole; then screwing a common screw cap into the screw rod, finally screwing the screw cap with the empennage after the angle steel is mounted on the screw rod, measuring the elevation of the upper end of the angle steel by using a level gauge, adjusting the angle steel to the designed height, and then screwing the screw cap at the upper end; and after the concrete is poured and leveled, the angle steel is dismantled, and the surface is recovered. The device is easy and convenient to operate, high in turnover frequency, capable of saving labor cost, rapid to install, convenient to use and high in precision, and the flatness and elevation control of the concrete terrace is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种快速提高大面积混凝土地坪平整度及标高的方法,属于建筑施工技术领域。本发明的步骤为:用一根4m的∠30*30*3mm,加工成“梅花”型槽孔;然后将柱间距等分成几条角钢冲筋并做好标记,用卷尺根据角钢上开孔的间距在楼地面顺着红外线进行定位标记;接着打孔清孔后安装螺杆;再接着将普通螺帽先拧进螺杆上,最后角钢安装在螺杆上后将带有尾翼的螺帽拧上,再用水准仪测量角钢上端的标高进行调节到设计的高度,然后拧紧上端螺帽;待混凝土浇筑找平完后进行角钢的拆除和表面恢复工作。本发明操作简便,周转次数多,可以节约人工成本,快速安装、使用方便,精确度高,大大提升混凝土地坪平整度及标高的控制。
