The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of acrylate emulsion and 1.2-1.8 parts of Portland cement, the acrylate emulsion is obtained by carrying out emulsion polymerization reaction on raw materials including 400-800 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 150-250 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate, 5-20 parts by weight of acrylic acid and 5-20 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl acrylate. The composition has a good effect of inhibiting steel slag expansion.
