According to the high-strength autoclaved aerated concrete slab and the preparation method thereof, firstly, the red pillars, the sillimanite and the kyanite which are weighed in the step S1 are mixed and then added into a crushing ball mill, grinding is started, reinforced stone particles are obtained, the kyanite and the andalusite are added into the raw materials of the high-strength autoclaved aerated concrete slab, and the high-strength autoclaved aerated concrete slab is obtained. Kyanite and andalusite can be converted into mullite during combustion, the firing shrinkage of the product is balanced by expansion accompanied by the mullite, and finally the matrix is densified. As the kyanite and the andalusite are added into the aerated concrete plate, the temperature of a softening-under-load starting point of a product added with the kyanite and the andalusite is increased, and the creep resistance is improved, so that the physical property of the aerated concrete plate is improved, the aerated concrete plate is not easy to damage or creep in the use process, the durability of the aerated concrete plate in the subsequent use process is improved, and the service life of the aerated concrete plate in the subsequent use process is prolonged.
