The invention provides an environment-friendly anhydrous gypsum mortar bearing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the environment-friendly anhydrous gypsum mortar bearing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55-75 parts of II type anhydrous gypsum, 20-45 parts of mineral powder, 1-10 parts of carbide slag, 5-25 parts of gasified slag, 5-25 parts of blast furnace slag and 0.5-2 parts of a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the II-type anhydrous gypsum, the mineral powder, the gasification slag, the carbide slag and the water reducing agent, then adding the blast furnace water slag, uniformly mixing, finally adding water, and curing, forming and hardening the mixed slurry. The II-type anhydrous gypsum is used as a base material, the carbide slag, the mineral powder and the gasified slag are added to serve as binding materials, the gasified slag can enhance the compactness and integrity of the anhydrous gypsum mortar bearing structure material, meanwhile, the hydration reaction speed of the anhydrous gypsum under the excitation action of the carbide slag can be reduced by adding the gasified slag and the mineral powder, and in addition, the strength of the bearing structure material is improved. The addition of the mineral powder and the carbide slag also enhances the fluidity of the anhydrous gypsum slurry during mixing.
本发明提供了一种环保型无水石膏砂浆承重材料及其制备方法与应用,包括重量组分为55~75份的Ⅱ型无水石膏、20~45份的矿粉、1~10份的电石渣、5~25份的气化渣、5~25份的高炉渣和0.5~2份的减水剂,制备方法为:先将Ⅱ型无水石膏、矿粉、气化渣、电石渣和减水剂进行混合均匀,再加入高炉水渣混合均匀,最后加水,待混合浆体养护成型硬化。本发明以II型无水石膏为基材并添加电石渣、矿粉及气化渣作为胶凝材料,气化渣能增强无水石膏砂浆承重结构材料的致密性及整体性,同时,气化渣与矿粉的加入可以降低电石渣激发作用下无水石膏的水化反应速度,此外,矿粉与电石渣的添入还增强了无水石膏浆体拌合时的流动性。
