The invention relates to a water algae collecting device which comprises a ship body, an energy storage assembly arranged on the ship body, a capturing assembly arranged at the advancing end of the ship body and used for obtaining algae from a water body, a stripping assembly used for separating the algae from the capturing assembly and a collecting assembly used for collecting the algae. Each capturing assembly comprises a lifting set capable of ascending and descending in the height direction, a movable rod arranged on the lifting set and a plurality of cleaners arranged on the movable rod, and the number of the capturing assemblies is at least one. One end of at least one capturing assembly is pivoted to one side of the ship body, and the other end is a free end; and after obtaining the algae, the cleaner ascends to the stripping assembly along with the lifting assembly, the stripping assembly strips the algae, and the algae are collected by the collecting assembly.
