The invention belongs to the technical field of building engineering construction, and particularly relates to a novel building construction integrated ground process which comprises the following steps: step 1, prefabricating surface layer precast blocks; step 2, prefabricating a base layer precast block; step 3, prefabricating ground precast blocks; step 4, prefabricating conical piles and decorative covers; step 5, constructing and assembling the ground on site; sixthly, grouting is conducted; and 7, covering a decorative cover. According to the novel integrated ground process, the components of the ground can be prefabricated in a factory in advance and installed on site, even if the situation of ground subsidence occurs in the later period, the situation can be solved by directly supplementing slurry, and the process is simple, rapid and convenient to carry out subsequent maintenance.
