The invention provides a building machine lifting mechanism and a using method thereof. The building machine lifting mechanism comprises a sleeve frame. At least two wall attaching seats; a first movable part and a second movable part; the linkage assembly is arranged on the sleeve frame and used for enabling the first movable part and the second movable part to be in linkage. When the sleeve frame moves and enables the first movable part to abut against or be far away from the stop pin of one wall attaching base, the linkage assembly enables the second movable part to move towards the adjacent wall attaching base and to be hung on the corresponding stop pin and limits the sleeve frame to horizontally move relative to the wall attaching base, or enables the second movable part to be far away from the wall attaching base and to be separated from the stop pin. According to the ascending height of the sleeve frame, the sleeve frame stops ascending through the linkage assembly, when the upper movable part abuts against the stop pin, the second movable part can be hung on the stop pin and limit horizontal shaking of the sleeve frame, and meanwhile when the sleeve frame continues to ascend, the linkage assembly enables the second movable part to be separated from the stop pin. The problem that danger may be caused by the fact that a worker climbs on the sleeve frame to complete the operation that the sleeve frame is hung on the wall attaching base is solved.
