Unloading-free in-place method after accumulated slippage of steel structure roof
The unloading-free in-place method for the steel structure roof after accumulative slippage comprises the steps that before accumulative slippage, sliding shoes are arranged at the bottom of a support of the steel structure roof; an ejector is arranged; sliding rails are laid on the tops of the supporting columns along a steel structure roof sliding route; accumulatively slipping; cutting off local sliding rails at the tops of the supporting columns before in-place, and arranging connecting pieces; the steel structure roof is pushed continuously, so that the supports are aligned with the supporting columns; and the supports of the steel structure roof are fixedly connected with the supporting columns through connecting pieces. According to the method, the bottom surface of the bottom plate, the top surface of the track and the top surface of the spherical hinge support of the steel structure support are unified in elevation, unloading operation is not needed after the steel structure support slides in place, and only the steel structure needs to be in butt joint with the column body. Compared with a traditional construction method, the cost for preparing a large number of expensive equipment such as jacks, synchronizers and electric control systems in batches is saved, full assembly type installation is adopted, and the construction risk caused by the fact that electric and hydraulic systems go wrong in the unloading process after the steel structure slides in place is avoided.
本发明一种钢结构屋盖累积滑移后的免卸载就位方法,包括在累积滑移前,在钢结构屋盖的支座底部设置滑靴;设置顶推器;在支柱顶部沿钢结构屋盖滑移路线铺设滑轨;累积滑移;就位前割除支柱顶部局部滑轨并设置连接件;继续推移钢结构屋盖,使支座与支柱对齐;将钢结构屋盖的支座与支柱通过连接件固定连接。本方法将钢结构支座的底板底面、轨道顶面、球铰支座顶面标高统一,当滑移到位后无需卸载操作,仅需将钢结构与柱体对接即可。与传统施工方法相比,省去了准备批量千斤顶、同步器、电控系统等大量昂贵设备的成本,并且采用全的装配式安装,规避钢结构滑移到位后的卸载过程中因电气、液压系统出现问题而形成的,施工风险。
