The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation drilling, in particular to a drilled pile hole bottom slurry taking device which comprises a barrel, an elastic bag, a measuring rope, a pipeline and a medium supplying and taking mechanism. The barrel is provided with a through opening, at least part of the elastic bag is normally arranged in the barrel, the elastic bag can be communicated with the medium supplying and taking mechanism through a pipeline, and the medium supplying and taking mechanism fills or discharges the medium. Different expansion degrees are achieved by means of the filling amount of the medium in the elastic bag, and therefore opening and closing of the through opening are controlled. And the measuring rope is used for measuring the depth position of the cylinder body. In the whole slurry sampling process, the port is effectively blocked or avoided according to the expansion degree of the elastic bag, and the sample precision of the slurry at the bottom of the hole in the barrel is effectively ensured.
