The invention discloses a construction method for mounting bridge floor prefabricated slabs by using a cable crane, which comprises the following steps of: erecting and mounting bridge arch rings and steel beams by using a cable hoisting method, and circularly and symmetrically mounting the bridge floor prefabricated slabs from two banks to a midspan by using the cable hoisting method; before the bridge floor prefabricated slab is installed, the shear nails are not welded to the positions, corresponding to the shear nail grooves of the bridge floor prefabricated slab, of the steel beams. The transverse steel bars between every two adjacent bridge deck prefabricated slabs are arranged in a staggered mode, and the longitudinal steel bars between every two adjacent bridge deck prefabricated slabs are arranged in a staggered mode. The installation process of the bridge floor prefabricated slab comprises the following steps that the bridge floor prefabricated slab is moved to the position below the cable sling to be hoisted; the suspension bridge surface prefabricated slab is hoisted by the cable; installing rubber cushion blocks between the bridge deck prefabricated slabs and the steel beams; the splicing steel bars are manually assisted to be pulled and moved; mounting a bridge floor prefabricated slab in place; shear nails in the shear nail grooves are welded; bridge deck prefabricated slabs are circularly and symmetrically installed from the two banks to the midspan; and shrinkage-compensating concrete pouring is carried out on bridge deck prefabricated slab wet joints and in shear nail grooves.
