A motor is fixedly connected to the upper side of the top plate, a rotating plate is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor, a fixing rod is fixedly connected to the side, away from the motor, of the rotating plate, a connecting plate rotatably sleeves the outer side of the fixing rod, a moving cylinder sleeves the upper side of the top plate in an up-down sliding mode, and the moving cylinder penetrates through the top plate. The connecting plate is hinged to the moving cylinder, and the left side and the right side of the moving cylinder are each fixedly connected with a second concentric-square-shaped rod. Moving operation of mounds on the two sides of the pipeline is completed through the two arc-shaped plates, the mounds are pushed into the pipeline, then landfill operation is completed automatically, operation is easy, and the landfill effect is good.
