The low-shrinkage recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120 to 180 parts of cement, 60 to 120 parts of construction waste materials, 20 to 35 parts of composite fiber pulp, 30 to 50 parts of fly ash, 30 to 80 parts of fine aggregate, 10 to 15 parts of sepiolite fiber, 1 to 3 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and 150 to 200 parts of water, the building waste material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 80 parts of waste building bricks, 15 to 45 parts of gypsum, 10 to 20 parts of waterborne epoxy resin, 6 to 25 parts of carbon fibers, 15 to 30 parts of chitosan microcapsules, 20 to 40 parts of silicon dioxide sol and 100 to 200 parts of water. The low-shrinkage recycled concrete prepared in the invention has good strength, compactness and low shrinkage rate.
