The invention relates to all-solid waste concrete containing melt separation furnace slag. The all-solid waste concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 170 to 220 parts of melt separation furnace slag, 170 to 220 parts of steel slag, 60 to 80 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 750 to 900 parts of superfine iron tailings, 860 to 110 parts of barren rock, 150 to 200 parts of water and 0.5 to 1 part of a water reducing agent. According to the all-solid waste concrete containing the slag of the melt separation furnace, 100% of industrial solid waste is adopted as a raw material, no cement or cement clinker is added, the economic cost of the concrete is reduced, and good economic benefits are achieved; according to the all-solid waste concrete containing the slag of the melting separation furnace, the 28-day compressive strength is adjusted to be 30 MPa or above, and the all-solid waste concrete can be suitable for various non-bearing building materials such as roads, walls and slope protection.
本发明涉及一种含熔分炉炉渣的全固废混凝土,由以下质量份的原料制备得到:170‑220熔分炉炉渣,170‑220份钢渣,60‑80份脱硫石膏,750‑900份特细铁尾砂,860‑110份废石,150‑200份水,0.5‑1份减水剂。本发明提供的含有熔分炉炉渣的全固废混凝土,采用100%的工业固体废弃物为原材料,不添加任何水泥或水泥熟料,降低了混凝土的经济成本,具有良好的经济效益;本发明含有熔分炉炉渣的全固废混凝土,通过调整28天抗压强度为30MPa以上,可适用于多种非承重建筑材料,如道路、墙体和护坡等。
