Ceramsite with core-shell structure and preparation method thereof
The invention provides ceramsite with a core-shell structure and a preparation method of the ceramsite, and the ceramsite is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 39-89% of fly ash, 10-60% of coal gasification slag, 1-20% of fluxing agent, 0-20% of auxiliary proppant and 0-3% of binder, wherein the carbon content of a dry basis of the coal gasification slag is 10-45%, and the total amount of SiO2 and Al2O3 in the dry basis of the coal gasification slag is not less than 55% except carbon; in the fly ash, the sum of the content of CaO, MgO, Na2O, K2O and Fe2O3 is not more than 40%, and the content of Fe2O3 is not less than 5%. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and granulating coal gasification slag and a part of fly ash to obtain a ceramsite core body; (2) continuously adding a mixture of the fluxing agent and the residual fly ash into the ceramsite core body, and granulating and forming to obtain raw material balls; and (3) drying the raw material nodules, calcining the dried raw material nodules, and screening to obtain the ceramsite. The ceramsite with higher cylinder compressive strength and lower water absorption rate is prepared by taking the coal gasification slag and the fly ash as main raw materials.
本发明提供了一种具有核壳结构的陶粒及其制备方法,包括:以原料的总重量为100%计,粉煤灰39~89%,煤气化渣10~60%,助熔剂1~20%,辅助支撑剂0~20%,粘结剂0~3%;其中,煤气化渣的干基含碳量为10~45%,煤气化渣的干基中除碳以外,SiO2与Al2O3的总量不小于55%;在粉煤灰中,CaO、MgO、Na2O、K2O和Fe2O3的含量之和不大于40%,且Fe2O3的含量不小于5%。本发明的方法包括:(1)将煤气化渣、一部分的粉煤灰混合造粒后,得到陶粒核体;(2)向陶粒核体中继续加入助熔剂、剩余粉煤灰的混合物,造粒成型后得到生料球;(3)烘干生料球,并将烘干后的生料球进行煅烧、筛分后得到陶粒。本发明提供的以煤气化渣和粉煤灰为主要原料,制得具有较高的筒压强度和较低的吸水率的陶粒。
