The invention relates to the technical field of roadbed paving, and discloses a 3D intelligent paving system, which is characterized in that a GPS base station and a laser base station are arranged, a paver is provided with a controller, and set three-dimensional coordinate data are stored in the controller; a paver is provided, the front part of the paver is provided with a vehicle hopper, the rear part of the paver is provided with a paving plate, the bottom of the vehicle hopper is provided with an inclined plate, the inclined plate is provided with a front side part, and the front side part is provided with a bottom transverse plate which reciprocates along the width direction of the roadbed. GPS differential data of a roadbed are transmitted to a controller through a GPS base station, elevation data of the roadbed are transmitted to the controller through a laser base station, three-dimensional coordinate data of the roadbed are generated, three-dimensional coordinates of the roadbed are compared with set coordinates to form corrected elevation data, and a driving signal is generated according to the corrected elevation data to drive a paving plate to move up and down for leveling; and under the action of transverse reciprocating movement of the bottom transverse plate, the paving material moves towards the transverse direction while keeping the original flowing direction, so that full-width paving is realized.
