By arranging the connecting ring and the supporting structure, flexible supporting acting force can be generated between the outer ring and the inner ring, the inner ring can be conveniently matched with the tough attaching block, the diameter width of the clamping opening can be flexibly changed, and steel bars with different diameter widths can be more flexibly buckled and installed.
