A driven chain wheel is arranged on one side of the driving chain wheel, the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel are sleeved with a chain, a sleeve is coaxially and fixedly arranged in an inner hole of the driven chain wheel, and at least one end of an inner cavity of the sleeve is provided with a fastening section with a regular polygon-shaped cross section.
