A vertical prestressed steel bar tensioning notch reserved box comprises a steel box body and a steel lifting lug. The steel box body comprises a bottom plate and a circle of side plates arranged on the bottom plate, and prestressed steel bar positioning holes are formed in the bottom plate; the steel lifting lug comprises a supporting rod and a hanging rod arranged above the supporting rod, the two ends of the supporting rod are connected with the two ends of the hanging rod respectively, and a hanging hole is formed between the supporting rod and the hanging rod.
