The large-diameter pile foundation excavation hole-forming construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the geological condition of a current to-be-excavated area is obtained; s2, a rotary drill is adopted for pre-drilling; s3, proper cement paste is prepared according to field geological conditions; s4, cement paste is poured into the pre-drilled hole to form a protection wall; and S5, after the cement paste is solidified, drilling and digging are conducted till the designed bottom elevation of the drilled and dug hole is reached.
