The invention discloses a method for removing an underground air-raid shelter and synchronously constructing a foundation pit. The method comprises the following construction steps: 1, constructing an underground diaphragm wall and an enclosure structure; 2, gaps are filled, and air-raid shelter internal hoop type column formworks are synchronously installed; 3, foam concrete filling of the interior of the air-raid shelter and soil slope excavation are synchronously constructed; 4, a first enclosing purlin is arranged, and a first horizontal support is installed and constructed; 5, excavating a soil body, and constructing a second enclosing purlin and a second horizontal support; 6, excavating a soil body, and constructing a cushion layer and a bottom plate; 7, supporting and completely pouring the hoop type column formwork outside the air-raid shelter; 8, floor slab construction and reserved channel arrangement; 9, synchronously dismantling the air-raid shelter and the first horizontal support; 10, synchronously dismantling the second horizontal support and the air-raid shelter; and 11, foundation pit side wall construction. According to the technical scheme, synchronous construction of dismantling of the underground air-raid shelter and excavation of the newly-built foundation pit is achieved, the construction cost is reduced, and the technical and economic benefits are remarkable.
