The invention belongs to the technical field of building decoration, and discloses an anti-cracking bamboo floor which comprises a bottom balance panel, a middle balance panel is fixedly installed on the top of the bottom balance panel, second grooves are formed in the top and the bottom of the middle balance panel, and clamping protruding blocks are fixedly installed on the two sides of the top of the middle balance panel. The invention further provides a using method of the anti-cracking bamboo floor, and the using method comprises the following steps that the bottom balance panel is placed on a plane, and the top of the bottom balance panel is coated with the structural adhesive. According to the bamboo floor, through cooperation of structures such as the clamping protruding blocks and the clamping grooves, the edge warping phenomenon caused by insufficient adhesion of the two sides of the bamboo floor is prevented, and therefore even if the viscosity of adhesive glue is insufficient for a long time, the phenomenon that the two sides of the bamboo floor crack and edge warping are caused is avoided; therefore, the effect of prolonging the service life of the bamboo floor is achieved.
