The invention relates to the field of steaming ovens, in particular to a high-pressure steaming oven which comprises a steam inner container used for containing generated steam. The steam exhaust connector is arranged on the outer side of the steam inner container, and an exhaust port of the steam exhaust connector faces upwards; the movable top bead is arranged in the exhaust port, the movable top bead is used for sealing the exhaust port, and the movable top bead can be jacked open by steam gushing out of the exhaust port; the electric door lock is arranged on the side edge of the sliding door, and the electric door lock is used for controlling the movement of the bolt, so that the sliding door is in a locked or unlocked state. After the scheme is adopted, by increasing the pressure of the inner container during cooking of the steaming oven, the problems existing during cooking of an existing steaming oven are solved.
