And sintering the obtained wafer powder in an electric furnace, taking out, cooling, and grinding to obtain the target ceramic wafer.
本发明涉及一种Al2O3陶瓷固相制备的方法,包括如下步骤:将碳酸钕和氢氧化铝进行搅拌掺杂,充分混合得到混合粉末,倒入研钵中。将混合粉末进行研磨,得到细粉。将研磨好的细粉倒入坩埚内,再将所述坩埚放入电炉中升温进行预烧,再降温,得到加工后粉。将得到的加工后粉转移到研钵中,再进行研磨,得到二次磨粉。取得到的二次磨粉倒入模具中,再将所述模具放入压力机中,加压后取出模具,从模具中得到圆片粉料。将得到的圆片粉料放入电炉中进行烧结,再取出冷却,打磨后得到目的陶瓷片。
