Pouring the obtained secondary ground powder into a mold, putting the mold into a press machine, pressurizing, and taking out the mold, so as to obtain wafer powder from the mold. And sintering the obtained wafer powder in an electric furnace, taking out, cooling, and grinding to obtain the target ceramic wafer.
本发明涉及一种Al2O3陶瓷固相制备的方法，包括如下步骤：将碳酸钕和氢氧化铝进行搅拌掺杂，充分混合得到混合粉末，倒入研钵中。将混合粉末进行研磨，得到细粉。将研磨好的细粉倒入坩埚内，再将所述坩埚放入电炉中升温进行预烧，再降温，得到加工后粉。将得到的加工后粉转移到研钵中，再进行研磨，得到二次磨粉。取得到的二次磨粉倒入模具中，再将所述模具放入压力机中，加压后取出模具，从模具中得到圆片粉料。将得到的圆片粉料放入电炉中进行烧结，再取出冷却，打磨后得到目的陶瓷片。
