Preparation formula and process of Na-beta ''-Al2O3 ceramic solid electrolyte
The invention provides a preparation formula of a Na-beta ''-Al2O3 ceramic solid electrolyte. The Na-beta''-Al2O3 ceramic solid electrolyte comprises an aluminum source, a sodium source and a lithium source, wherein the aluminum source is a raw material of which the main phase is gamma-Al2O3 after calcination; the sodium source is a raw material of which the main phase is Na2O after calcination; the lithium source is a raw material of which the main phase is Li2O after calcination; the aluminum source, the sodium source and the lithium source are prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 37.5%-90% of gamma-Al2O3, 8%-10.5% of Na2O and 0.5%-2% of Li2O, and the gamma-Al2O3 and the Na2O are weighed after being calculated according to the mass ratio of (8.5-9.5): 1. The invention also provides a preparation process of the formula, which comprises the following steps: 1) weighing a lithium source according to the mass percent of Li2O of 0.5-2%, and preparing a lithium salt solution; 2) weighing the aluminum source and the sodium source according to the mass percentage; 3) mixing the obtained lithium salt solution with an aluminum source and a sodium source, and granulating; (4) calcining the obtained granules to obtain mixed powder mainly containing a beta phase; 5) preparing the obtained mixed powder into a green body; and (6) firing the obtained green body into a green body. According to the formula and the process, a lithium stabilizing system is adopted, and the prepared ceramic solid electrolyte is excellent in performance and easy to produce in batches.
本发明提供一种Na‑β"‑Al2O3陶瓷固体电解质的制备配方,包含铝源、钠源和锂源:所述铝源即煅烧后主要相为γ‑Al2O3的原材料;所述钠源即煅烧后主要相为Na2O的原材料;所述锂源即煅烧后主要相为Li2O的原材料;所述铝源、钠源和锂源按重量百分含量:γ‑Al2O387.5%~90%、Na2O 8%~10.5%、Li2O 0.5%~2%、γ‑Al2O3和Na2O的质量比为8.5~9.5:1计算后称取。本发明同时提供该配方的制备工艺,包括:1)按Li2O质量百分比0.5%~2%称取锂源,配置锂盐溶液;2)按前述质量百分比称取铝源以及钠源;3)将所得锂盐溶液与铝源与钠源混合造粒;4)对所得造粒进行煅烧,得到以β"相为主的混合粉料;5)将所得混合粉料制成生坯;6)将所得生坯烧制成熟坯。本配方和工艺采用锂稳定体系,制得的陶瓷固体电解质性能优异,易于批量化生产。
