The invention provides a construction method for a gantry crane track beam to stretch across a large-diameter shield end well. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the position of the track beam is lofted and positioned; s2, when top plate ring frame beams on permanent side walls or side columns on the two sides of an existing station are used for construction steel bar manufacturing and mounting, cantilever beam steel bars are manufactured and mounted at the same time, stand column steel bars are reserved, and a top plate and cantilever beam concrete are integrally poured; s3, manufacturing and mounting stand column steel bars, erecting a formwork, pouring concrete, and curing; s4, steel box girder machining and steel box girder positioning and mounting; s5, rail installation; and S6, commissioning the gantry crane. Compared with a conventional method for constructing a stand column from a structural bottom plate to the ground, the method gives full play to the bearing and torsion resistance performance of a permanent structural side wall, the stand column and an annular frame beam concrete structure through optimization calculation, the construction risk of the ultrahigh stand column from the bottom plate to the top plate is avoided, meanwhile, the ultrahigh stand column dismantling procedure is omitted, the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. Cost is saved, and safety and reliability are achieved.
本发明提供了一种龙门吊轨道梁横跨大直径盾构端头井施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:放样定位轨道梁位置;S2:利用现有车站两侧的永久侧墙或边柱上的顶板环框梁施工钢筋制安时,同时进行悬挑梁钢筋制安并预留立柱钢筋,顶板及悬挑梁混凝土整体浇筑;S3:立柱钢筋制安,立模浇筑混凝土,养护;S4:钢箱梁加工以及钢箱梁定位安装;S5:轨道安装;S6:龙门吊试运行。本发明通过优化计算,与常规方法结构底板施工立柱至地面工艺相比,本发明充分发挥了永久结构侧墙、立柱及环框梁混凝土结构的承载及抗扭性能,避免底板至顶板的超高立柱施工风险,同时省去超高立柱拆除工序,缩短了工期,节约了成本,安全可靠。
