A ship chamber door is arranged at the end part of the ship reception chamber; a clearance water filling and draining system and a U-shaped butt-joint sealing mechanism are mounted on the lock head working door, and the U-shaped butt-joint sealing mechanism is pressed on the end face of the ship reception chamber after extending out, so that a lock head butt-joint clearance is formed by the lock head working door, the lock head navigation door, the U-shaped butt-joint sealing mechanism, the ship reception chamber and the ship chamber door; and the gap water filling and draining system is used for filling and draining water in the lock head butt joint gap.
