The invention discloses a top-down construction method for a shock insulation suspension elevator shaft. The top-down construction method comprises the steps that firstly, an elevator shaft bottom plate is placed in advance; 2, constructing a first layer of wallboards of the shock insulation suspension elevator shaft; 3, constructing a second-layer wall plate of the shock insulation suspension elevator shaft; 4, constructing a third-layer wall plate of the shock insulation suspension elevator shaft; 5, connecting an elevator shaft bottom plate; sixthly, grouting is conducted; and 7, performing waterproof and anti-seepage treatment. The wall plates of all layers of the elevator shaft are suspended in a simulated construction shock insulation mode from top to bottom, it is avoided that a supporting foundation layer is laid in a basement elevator descending plate, construction is in order, the construction procedure of dismantling the supporting foundation layer in a narrow space in the later period is omitted, and construction efficiency is improved.
