The garbage collection box comprises a cavity and an upper-layer template arranged at the upper part of the cavity, and the upper-layer template is provided with a collection opening; the sweeping mechanism comprises a sweeping part and a rotary fastener connected with the sweeping part, and the sweeping part is movably arranged above the upper-layer template and can be embedded into the collecting opening to seal the cavity; the rotating rod piece is rotationally clamped with the rotating fastener; the upper end of the rotating rod piece extends upwards; the cleaning mechanism can be driven to rotate by lifting and rotating the rotary fastener, garbage on the upper formwork is cleaned into the garbage collecting box, meanwhile, the cleaning mechanism can be embedded into the garbage collecting box, the formwork function is achieved, and garbage cleaning is more convenient.
