The invention discloses a locking device and a door and window. The door and window comprises a frame part and a sash part which can be opened and closed relatively; the locking device comprises a first locking piece arranged on the frame part and provided with a first containing part and a locking part, and the first containing part can be stressed to retract and rebound to stretch out relative to the first locking piece; the second locking piece is arranged on the sash part and provided with a protrusion and a locking point assembly, when the door and window are closed, the sash part drives the protrusion to abut against the outer side of the first containing part and pushes the first containing part to retract, the protrusion enters the first containing part, and the first containing part rebounds and stretches out after the protrusion enters the first containing part and limits the protrusion to be disengaged from the opening and closing direction of the door and window; when the door and window are locked, the second locking piece drives the locking point assembly to enter the locking part and drives the protrusion to be separated from the first containing part at the same time. When the door and window swings and is closed by strong wind, the locking device automatically performs self-locking to prevent continuous swinging, self-locking of the door and window can be realized without manual operation of a handle, and the problem that the service life of the door and window is affected by swinging of the door and window by strong wind is solved.
本发明公开了一种锁闭装置及门窗。门窗包括可相对开合的框部和扇部;锁闭装置包括:第一锁闭件,设置于框部上且设有第一容纳部和锁闭部,第一容纳部可相对第一锁闭件受力缩回和回弹伸出;第二锁闭件,设置于扇部上且设有凸起和锁点组件,门窗闭合时,扇部带动凸起抵接到第一容纳部的外侧并推动第一容纳部缩回,使凸起进入第一容纳部,第一容纳部在凸起进入后回弹伸出并限制凸起从门窗的开合方向脱出;门窗锁紧时,第二锁闭件带动锁点组件进入锁闭部,同时带动凸起脱离第一容纳部。本发明在门窗遇强风摆动闭合时,锁闭装置自动进行自锁以防止继续摆动,无需通过人工操作执手即可实现门窗自锁,解决了门窗遇强风摇晃影响门窗使用寿命的问题。
