The surrounding rock is further reinforced through the buffer layer pipe, the displacement of the surrounding rock is detected and fed back through the feedback adjusting component, it is guaranteed that an internal concrete pipeline is not damaged, the protection component is arranged in the primary lining, and it is guaranteed that the main structure of the tunnel is not damaged or leaks water due to displacement; therefore, the purpose of improving the anti-dislocation performance of the diversion tunnel is achieved.
