The invention discloses high-temperature-resistant precoated sand for sand prevention of an oil well and a preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant precoated sand. The preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting rosin with epoxidized soybean oil to obtain rosin modified epoxy resin; thermoplastic phenolic resin and rosin modified epoxy resin react to obtain epoxy modified phenolic resin; the epoxy modified phenolic resin is dissolved in a solvent, an organosilane coupling agent is added for a reaction, and organosilicone modified epoxy phenolic resin is obtained; and heating and mixing the organic silicon modified epoxy phenolic resin, quartz sand and a curing agent to obtain the high-temperature-resistant precoated sand for sand prevention of the oil well. The high-temperature-resistant precoated sand for sand prevention of the oil well, which is disclosed by the invention, has relatively high temperature resistance and medium resistance.
