The invention discloses water-blocking and oil-permeable precoated sand and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the water-blocking and oil-permeable precoated sand comprises the following steps: (1) preparing modified epoxy resin; (2) preparing a water-blocking and oil-permeable precoated sand prepolymer; and (3) uniformly mixing the water-blocking and oil-permeable precoated sand prepolymer with an accelerant under a contact condition, carrying out curing reaction, crushing an obtained solidified body, and uniformly mixing the crushed solidified body with the modified water-absorbent resin to obtain the water-blocking and oil-permeable solidified precoated sand. Meanwhile, the invention further provides the water-blocking and oil-permeable precoated sand obtained through the preparation method. The precoated sand provided by the invention is combined with a mechanical sand prevention construction or tool, and efficient development of crude oil of a sand production and high-water-content oil well can be realized by improving the oil-water permeability.
本发明公开了一种阻水透油覆膜砂及其制备方法，阻水透油覆膜砂的制备方法步骤如下：（1）制备改性环氧树脂；（2）制备阻水透油覆膜砂预聚体：（3）在接触条件下，将阻水透油覆膜砂预聚体与促进剂混合均匀进行固化反应，得到的固结体经破碎后与改性吸水树脂混匀得到阻水透油固结覆膜砂。同时还提供一种采用上述制备方法得到的阻水透油覆膜砂。本发明提供的覆膜砂结合机械防砂施工或工具，可以通过改善油水渗透率，实现出砂、高含水油井的原油的高效开发。
