A vacuum dewatering well structure relates to the technical field of foundation pit dewatering and comprises a well casing, a vacuum pump and a water suction pump. A composite filter pipe is arranged at the lower end of the well pipe, a bottom pipe is arranged at the lower end of the composite filter pipe, the bottom pipe is an inverted frustum-shaped pipe body which is wide in upper portion, narrow in lower portion and closed in lower end, and the composite filter pipe comprises an inner solid pipe, an inner filter pipe and an outer filter pipe which are sequentially arranged in a sleeved mode from inside to outside. The water suction pump is arranged on the lower portion of a pipe cavity of the inner solid pipe, an upper end pipe opening of the inner solid pipe is in butt joint with a lower end pipe opening of the well pipe, an inner cavity negative pressure pipe is arranged in the pipe cavity of the well pipe, the inner cavity negative pressure pipe is connected to an extraction opening of the vacuum pump through an inner cavity gate valve, and a water-gas communicating pipe is arranged in the middle cavity. The water-gas communicating pipe is connected to an extraction opening of the vacuum pump through a middle cavity gate valve, a water return connector is formed in the water-gas communicating pipe, and a water return gate valve is arranged on the water return connector.
