The dewatering well point comprises a well hole, a well tube inserted in the well hole and a well lid sealing the well tube. A solid tube is formed in the upper tube section of the well tube, and a bottom sealed water filtering tube is formed in the lower tube section. A sludge-water separation filling layer and a water-gas separation filling layer are buried between the well tube outer wall and the well hole wall from the outside to the inside successively, and the two filling layers are separated by a filtering screen. A clay filling layer is buried at the top ends of the two filling layers. A water suction pump is arranged in the lower tube section of the well tube, and a water pumping tube is connected with a water pumping port of the water suction pump. The dewatering well point is applied to foundation pit engineering.
