The invention discloses a split type dewatering well structure serving as an anti-floating pile in an open caisson and a construction method thereof.The split type dewatering well structure is installed in the open caisson before the open caisson is heightened and sinks, and the split type dewatering well structure comprises the open caisson, a filter pipe, a grouting pipe, a vacuum pump, a water suction pump and a hose; the filter pipe and the grouting pipe are both arranged in the open caisson, the grouting pipe is fixed to the outer side of the filter pipe, the top and the bottom of the filter pipe are sealed through a steel top plate and a steel bottom plate respectively, and an open hole is formed in the steel top plate and connected with a vacuum pump and a water suction pump through hoses respectively. Under the condition that pipe protection measures are not needed, pipe well dewatering can be arranged in the open caisson, the influence on the outside of the open caisson is reduced, meanwhile, it is ensured that water drainage and sinking of the open caisson are smoothly implemented, the split type dewatering well can be transformed into a pile foundation during bottom sealing, and multiple functions of the pile foundation are achieved; the hose is connected with water pumping equipment fixed to the inner wall of the open caisson, in-well dewatering and sinking assisting are achieved, the structure is simple, and pipe protection measures do not need to be taken.
本发明公开了一种沉井内兼做抗浮桩的分体式降水井结构及其施工方法,沉井接高下沉前,分体式降水井结构安装于沉井内,包括沉井、滤管、注浆管、真空泵、抽水泵和软管;所述滤管和注浆管均设置于沉井内,所述注浆管固定于滤管外侧,所述滤管的顶部和底部分别通过钢顶板和钢底板封口,所述钢顶板上开设有开孔,所述开孔通过软管分别与真空泵、抽水泵连接。本发明在无需护管措施下,可实现沉井内布置管井降水,减小对沉井外影响同时,确保沉井排水下沉顺利实施,在封底时还可将分体式降水井改造成桩基础,发挥其多种功能作用;采用软管与固定在沉井内壁上的抽水设备连接,实现井内降水助沉,其结构简单,无需采取护管措施。
