The invention discloses a concrete filled steel tubular column semi-embedded end bearing type column foot and a steel pipe and a column foot construction method.The steel pipe comprises a steel pipe body (10), a connecting part (20), a column foot bottom plate (30) and a reinforcing part (40), and the connecting part (20) is connected to the steel pipe body (10) and used for being connected with an upper raft reinforcing steel bar (51) of a raft foundation (50); the column base bottom plate (30) is connected to the steel pipe body (10) and used for being connected with an anchor bolt (60) anchored into the raft foundation (50), and the reinforcing part (40) is located at the bottom of the steel pipe body (10) and connected with the steel pipe body (10) and the column base bottom plate (30). According to the raft foundation, end-bearing type stress is formed, a large embedding depth is not needed, and the thickness of the needed raft foundation is reduced. The reinforcing part and the bottom of the column foot can be embedded into the raft foundation together and cannot be exposed out of a building finished surface, so that completeness and attractiveness of building functions are guaranteed.
