The bottom support, the reinforcing bars and the reinforcing rods are all made of phi 20 reinforcing steel bar waste materials of reinforcing meshes manufactured on site, cost is saved, and meanwhile the utilization rate of the waste materials is increased.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体是一种地脚螺栓安装固定的施工方法,使用本发明所述的方法对地脚螺栓进行安装固定时,采用环形钢膜对地脚螺栓组进行整体临时固定,减少了以往针对多个地脚螺栓的多次调节工作;通过十字线重合法,能够将地脚螺栓组精准定位;之后通过钢筋条将相邻的两地脚螺栓两两焊接固定,同时使用钢筋棍对地脚螺栓组与混凝土垫层之间进行拉结,能够有效的对地脚螺栓进行定位,防止地脚螺栓在后续的混凝土浇筑过程中发生倾斜,拉结后环形钢膜可拆卸进行周转使用;底部支架、钢筋条、钢筋棍均由现场制作钢筋网的φ20钢筋废料制作而成,节约成本的同时,提高了废料的利用率。
