Reinforcing method of steel column under load
The invention relates to a method for reinforcing a steel column under a load. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out stress analysis on a whole steel structure frame with a new load under an original load condition under each load working condition; analyzing the extracted internal force of each H-shaped steel column in the steel structure frame; the method comprises the following steps: reinforcing the lower part of an H-shaped steel column in a manner of partially wrapping concrete to form a reinforcing area, before reinforcing, performing internal force analysis and deformation calculation on the reinforcing area, and determining the diameter of reinforcing steel bars used in the reinforcing area, the number of reinforcing steel bars, the distance between the reinforcing steel bars, the concrete strength, the concrete pouring height and the like on the basis of a calculation result. And finally, based on the determined component parameters, longitudinal bars and stirrups are arranged in the reinforcing areas on the two sides of the web of the original H-shaped steel column respectively, the longitudinal bars and the stirrups are bound and fixed, and then concrete is poured on the two sides of the web of the reinforcing areas. Compared with a full-wrapping type combination column form for reinforcement, the section form is more convenient to reinforce the existing section steel column, the implementation is easy, and the cost is lower.
本发明涉及一种负载下钢柱的加固方法,先对原负载条件下新增新荷载的整个钢结构框架进行各个荷载工况下的受力分析;然后对钢结构框架中的各个H型钢柱提取的内力进行分析;对H型钢柱的下部采用部分外包混凝土方式进行加固以形成加固区域,加固实施前,先对加固区域进行内力分析和变形计算,基于计算结果确定加固区域所用钢筋的直径、配筋数量、钢筋间距、混凝土强度以及混凝土浇筑高度等,最后基于上述确定的构件参数,在原H型钢柱腹板两侧的加固区域分别布设纵筋和箍筋,将纵筋与箍筋绑扎固定,然后在加固区域的腹板两侧浇筑混凝土。本发明相较于全包型组合柱形式加固,其截面形式对既有型钢柱的加固更加方便,容易实施且成本更低。
