The invention discloses an asynchronous drilling and excavating rectangular anti-slide pile mechanical hole forming method with a haunched horizontal cantilever. The method comprises the following steps that a sludge treatment mechanism, a haunched drilling assembly, a horizontal drilling assembly and a vertical drilling device are sequentially arranged on a drilling machine; a haunching drill assembly and a horizontal drill assembly are in a standby state, a vertical drill device is controlled to vertically drill and dig a rock-soil body downwards to the designed depth of a horizontal cantilever, and a rectangular pile hole free section is formed; a vertical drilling device stops drilling and digging, a haunching drilling device in a haunching drilling assembly is controlled to rotate outwards from a vertical state to a horizontal state so as to drill and dig the rock-soil body, and a haunching hole is formed; a horizontal hydraulic cylinder in the horizontal drilling assembly is controlled to drive a horizontal drilling device to horizontally move outwards to drill and dig the rock-soil body, and a horizontal cantilever pile hole is formed; and the haunching drilling device and the horizontal drilling device are reset, and the vertical drilling device is controlled to drill and dig the rock-soil body downwards to the designed depth of the rectangular pile hole. The method has the advantage that a rectangular pile hole with a horizontal cantilever and a haunching structure can be drilled in a rock-soil body at a time.
