Putting the mixed aluminum oxide powder into a ball mill for ball milling to obtain relatively uniform particle size distribution; gathering the ball-milled aluminum oxide powder into relatively uniform particle groups through a wet granulation or dry granulation process; carrying out screening and particle selection on the granulated particle groups so as to control the particle size distribution of the obtained spherical aluminum oxide; the sieved particle groups pass through drying equipment to remove moisture in the particle groups, so that the particle groups have certain fluidity; molding the dried particle groups through pressing or injection molding equipment according to requirements, so as to obtain spherical aluminum oxide with a required shape; putting the formed spherical aluminum oxide into a sintering furnace, and carrying out high-temperature sintering treatment, so that particles of the spherical aluminum oxide are combined into hard aluminum oxide particles at high temperature; cooling is performed; performing screening; and packaging.
