The invention discloses a rapid handling construction method for a bumping phenomenon at a bridge expansion joint position. Comprising the following steps: (1) measuring elevations: respectively measuring the elevations of profile steel on two sides of a bridge expansion joint and asphalt surfaces on two sides, and calculating the repair height of an anchoring area; (2) base layer cleaning is conducted, specifically, the surface of the anchoring area (2) to be repaired is polished and cleaned; (3) formworks are erected on the two sides of the expansion joint, and movable angle steel is installed according to the repairing height obtained in the step (1); (4) preparing quick-hardening mortar; (5) mortar is flattened on the surface of the anchoring area (2) to be repaired, and maintenance is conducted; (6) the formwork is dismantled; and 7) recovering traffic. The method not only can improve the bumping phenomenon on the two sides of the expansion joint and improve the driving safety and comfort, but also can repair locally damaged concrete in the anchoring area of the expansion joint and prolong the service life of the expansion joint.
本发明公开了一种桥梁伸缩缝位置跳车现象的快速处置施工方法。包括步骤1)测量标高:分别测量桥梁伸缩缝两侧型钢的标高和两侧沥青面的标高,计算锚固区的修复高度;步骤2)基层清理:对待修复的锚固区(2)表面进行打磨清理;步骤3)在伸缩缝两侧立模,根据步骤1)获得的修复高度安装活动角钢;步骤4)调配快硬型砂浆;步骤5)在待修复的锚固区(2)表面抹平砂浆,并养生;步骤6)拆除模板;步骤7)恢复通车。本发明不但能够改善伸缩缝两侧跳车现象,提升行车安全性和舒适度,还可以修复伸缩缝锚固区局部破损的混凝土,延长伸缩缝使用寿命。
