The invention discloses a construction method for one-pile dual-purpose of an end-bearing cast-in-place pile. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, further supplementary investigation is conducted on an area for implementing one-pile dual-purpose on the basis of an original geological exploration report; 2, the cast-in-place piles are designed and calculated according to the working conditions of the slope protection piles, and the cast-in-place piles are designed and calculated according to the working conditions of the foundation piles; 3, construction of the cast-in-place pile and post-grouting construction are completed; 4, foundation pit earthwork on one side of the underground structure is excavated; 5, construction of the underground structure is conducted, and after construction of the underground structure is completed, earthwork backfilling is conducted on a fat groove and the upper portion of the underground structure; and 6, after earthwork backfilling is completed, third-party detection is conducted on the cast-in-place pile. According to the construction method of the end-bearing type cast-in-place pile with the two purposes, the problem that slope protection piles and foundation piles at the connecting positions of underground structures such as an underground garage channel area and surrounding buildings need to be repeatedly constructed is effectively solved, and cost increase caused by repeated construction is effectively avoided.
