The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, further supplementary investigation is conducted on an area for implementing one-pile dual-purpose on the basis of an original geological exploration report; 2, the cast-in-place piles are designed and calculated according to the working conditions of the slope protection piles, and the cast-in-place piles are designed and calculated according to the working conditions of the foundation piles; 3, construction of the cast-in-place pile and post-grouting construction are completed; 4, foundation pit earthwork on one side of the underground structure is excavated; 5, construction of the underground structure is conducted, and after construction of the underground structure is completed, earthwork backfilling is conducted on a fat groove and the upper portion of the underground structure; and 6, after earthwork backfilling is completed, third-party detection is conducted on the cast-in-place pile.
