The invention discloses a dual-purpose construction method for an end-bearing cast-in-place pile, and relates to the technical field of building construction.The construction method comprises the steps that 1, land survey is conducted, specifically, an underground soil layer at a construction area is surveyed; 2, construction position calibration is conducted, specifically, the construction positions of the foundation pit and all foundation piles in the pile foundation are calibrated, and part of the foundation piles are delimited to serve as slope protection piles of the side wall of the foundation pit; 3, foundation pile construction is conducted, specifically, foundation pile construction is completed at all construction positions; 4, the foundation pit is excavated, and after excavation of the foundation pit is completed, foundation piles which are delimited in advance and used as slope protection piles of the foundation pit are located at the slope positions of the foundation pit; 5, foundation pit backfilling is conducted, and earthwork backfilling is conducted on the foundation pit; and 6, the integrity of the foundation piles is detected, specifically, the integrity of all the foundation piles used as the foundation pit slope protection piles is detected through third-party detection equipment. The foundation pile of the pile foundation is directly used as the slope protection pile of the side wall of the foundation pit, the construction period is effectively shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
